And yoga teaches us to inhabit the present through movement. My proposal isn’t just that you eat better or exercise; it’s that you learn to listen to yourself\, nourish yourself\, and move from a place of love and full awareness. \nYour well-being deserves a holistic approach; we are not separate parts\, we are a whole!
